Director of FP&A & BI - Boston, MA

Job Description

  • Analyze current and past trends of key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Establish and monitor KPI’s, highlighting trends and analyzing variances
  • Select and implement business intelligence/analytics tools
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Generate and manage all ad hoc reporting
  • Coordinate with Business Managers to translate business requirements into coherent business intelligence reports
  • Create policies and procedures regarding collating and analyzing data
  • Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA/MBA a plus
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role
  • Strong data driven mindset, highly logical and structured thinking
  • Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools and advanced Excel features
  • Valid passport
