Adapting and Learning

We launched Hub in 2013 in a tiny office in Concord, MA with a hybrid platform that featured tech staffing, executive search, and perm placement. 
We learned, we grew, and we pivoted. We ended 2014 with 10 employees and a vision. The vision included embedding our talented recruiters into the fabric of multiple Boston-based firms. 
In early 2015, we started gaining momentum with our Transparent RPO model and ended the year with 20 employees and a refined approach to RPO.
2016 was a great year for us. We thrived in a tremendous employment market while building our Transparent RPO strategy. We ended the year with 25 recruiting consultants while working with companies like Brightcove, DataXu, Nexage, and Criteo.
In 2017, we've expanded our roots in Executive Search. We've been fortunate to partner with Amazon, PepsiCo, and Priceline to help build their leadership teams.
We're now well over 30 employees, working with some of Boston's premier tech companies like Agero, CarGurus, and Jibo.

2018 is Hub’s year for innovation. In addition to building a new office space and growing to almost 50 recruiters, Hub launched three new initiatives that redefine the value of a RPO. They are:
Startup Builder - part-time Hub recruiters. - free, mobile first ATS.
Hub Recruiting University - free recruiting learning platform.
