Account Manager - Boston, MA



Social Fulcrum is a team of data scientists, platform experts, and creatives who work
collaboratively to develop marketing strategies that are based on data-driven decisions, not assumptions. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Project Management team and develop expertise across three key areas:

1. Online Ad Platform Optimization -- Perform statistical analyses of advertising campaigns across a variety of digital platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Search, Display, etc.), and make optimization decisions designed to improve campaign efficacy
2. Client Communication -- Effectively educate and present campaign performance to clients, developing strong relationships through written and verbal communication
3. Project Management -- Productively manage time/responsibilities according to a rapidly-changing list of competing priorities


  • 4 year bachelor’s degree
  • English fluency
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Composure in the face of adversity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset (Math, Economics, and Finance background preferred)
  • Ample Excel experience

An ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a role that combines analytical rigor with client-facing responsibilities. Bonus skills would include experience with online advertising.
