Teikametrics is a Boston-based startup that helps retailers tackle the challenges of advertising on Amazon. I’m looking for an Customer Success Manager/eCommerce Analyst to join our growing team in South Boston.
This role will provide account management and address customer objectives to maximize client satisfaction, growth and retention. This role will work directly with leading brands to understand their Amazon advertising goals, develop winning strategies and execute them through Teikametrics software. (Think hybrid account manager and data analyst!)
We use big data to help sellers optimize for profitability, Amazon optimizes on the consumer side econometrics to determine things like the price of Amazon Prime. Teikametrics is on the other side. We’re helping sellers and brands. (3rd-party sellers represent about 60% of the transactions on Amazon.)
- 1-4 years of experience as a client-analyst for a retail-oriented software or services company. This can include a background directly at an eCommerce business, an advertising technology company, or direct-marketing services agency.
- Strong quantitative skills, a passion for data analysis and familiarity with Excel, bonus for SQL
- Superlative communication skills with deep proficiency in professional writing and presentation.
