Marketing Campaign Project Manager - Brighton



ButcherBox is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a new Marketing Campaign Project Manager teammate to project manage our marketing campaigns. We’re searching for a highly-organized and self-motivated individual to work with internal team members to plan, execute and measure campaigns. Responsibilities include:

●       Participate in regular project resource meetings: production meetings, and review meetings

●       Establish timelines and deliverables for all key stakeholders

●       Monitors tasks on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing project plans, issue and risk tracking and resolution, and taking corrective action as necessary

●       Working closely with design team to conceptualize, develop, test, and report on new ad concepts and approaches.

●       Building, updating, and maintaining reporting to share with key stakeholders on campaign performance

●       Supporting the marketing team in all aspects of campaign management and other marketing projects


Who we’re looking for

●       A Bachelor's degree; marketing-related experience a plus

●       Project Management Certification (PMI, PMP Certification) preferred.

●       Knowledge of Paid Ads and Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Email)

●       Understanding of visual and graphic design

●       Experience working with JIRA and Trello or other project management software such as Microsoft Projects, Write, Asana, or Basecamp

●       Basic knowledge of the WordPress Platform

●       Very strong organizational & documentation skills.

●       Interest in marketing and creative approach to advertising

●       Attention to detail and strong communication skills

●       Ability to collaborate and communicate to multiple complex stakeholder groups

●       Very strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●       Able to work well in both an independent and team environment

●       Willingness to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to hit goals

●       Enjoys fast paced, rapidly changing environments
