It started in 2010 with two old friends discussing their passion of hiring exceptional people, continuous innovation, diversity, and transparency.  

In mid-March 2020, COVID-19 started to shutdown the US economy. This immediately impacted Hub, Hubsters, and our clients. Some clients shutdown, some froze, and some expanded.
Hub took a deep breath and took action by expanding our service offerings to include consulting in HR, People Operations, and People Analytics. We also became a Predictive Index (PI) Certified Partner to further expand our service offerings. 
By July 2020, Hub had grown into a national consulting leader in Recruiting, HR, People Operations, and People Analytics, supported by Hub's technology and PI.

Pre-COVID 2020, Hub leaped forward with three significant initiatives:
We made the Hub.jobs platform a free, multi-sided platform (MSP) where growing companies and Hub recruiters have everything in one place to work effectively and efficiently together. More value-added services include an activity dashboard and recruiter availability. 
Our activity dashboard gives companies unmatched insight by connecting and visualizing hours worked by each Hub recruiter, budget spent, and candidate pipeline results. The recruiter availability feature also allows growing companies to evaluate Hub’s recruiters by viewing their availability and expertise.
We provided more outstanding Hub recruiters in more places, including Seattle, New York, and India.
2019 was the dawn of a paradigm shift in talent acquisition. We launched Full Stack RPO, the nation's first recruiting solution that integrates talent (sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting), technology (a free mobile ATS or applicant tracking system), and training (a free online eLearning platform).
Building off of our momentum servicing tech firms, we now help Life Sciences companies hire their teams.
In addition, we premiered "The Hub Way," the first comprehensive recruiting playbook for companies of any growth stage.
2019 is also a year of expansion; Jaclynn Loeffler and Rahul Jain lead our teams in San Diego, CA, and Bangalore, India.

2018 was our year for innovation. In addition to building new office space and growing to almost 50 recruiters, we launched three new initiatives that redefine the value of an RPO. They are:
Startup Builder - part-time sourcers and full lifecycle recruiters.
Hub.jobs - a free mobile-first ATS (applicant tracking system).
Hub Recruiting University - a free recruiting eLearning platform.
In 2017, we've expanded our roots in Executive Search. We've been fortunate to partner with Amazon, PepsiCo, and Priceline to help build their leadership teams.
We're now well over 30 employees, working with some of Boston's premier tech companies like Agero, CarGurus, and Jibo.

2016 was a great year for us. We thrived in a tremendous employment market while building our Transparent RPO strategy. We ended the year with 25 recruiting consultants while working with companies like Brightcove, DataXu, Nexage, and Criteo.
 
We learned, we grew, and we pivoted. We ended 2014 with 10 employees and a vision. The vision included embedding our talented recruiters into the fabric of multiple Boston-based firms. 
In early 2015, we started gaining momentum with our Transparent RPO model and ended the year with 20 employees and a refined approach to RPO.

We launched Hub in 2013 in a tiny office in Concord, MA with a hybrid platform that featured tech staffing, executive search, and perm placement.
