About The Role
- Identifying, sourcing, and manage your own portfolio of candidates
- Support the hottest growth-stage tech companies in Greater Boston
- Manage the candidate and client pipeline, and drive the interview process utilizing multiple online resources
- Partnering, educating, and coaching hiring managers and other interviewers
- Bachelor's Degree, and 2 to 5 years of recruiting and sourcing. New graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to learn quickly, think out of the box, and source and deliver high-quality candidates
- An aptitude to communicate effectively.
- Competitive history (sports background, sales acumen, reward-driven track record)
- An ambitious, outgoing personality and a will to succeed
Salary - $20 - $50 Per Hour
Experience Required 2+ to 5 Years
Education Required Bachelor's Degree
