Morgan is operational by nature. Her career began in the sports industry, where she developed a ‘whatever-it-takes' attitude, became hyper curious about what makes the show successfully go on and how a good culture is established and maintained. Since then, her passion has developed into exploration of business processes, increasing efficiencies, and reporting and analytics.
Over the last decade, she's worked cross functionally, both on the forefront of businesses, selling products and services, and working talent acquisition, as well as on the backend managing data of multiple companies.
When she's not at work, she enjoys exploring backcountry roads, mountain biking and fishing with her pup, Wrangler!
