Jessie Beard is a Talent Acquisition Specialist who partners with the Employee Engagement and internal recruitment teams at Hub Recruiting, the RPO division of the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC. She attended Millersville University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Before joining Hub, Jessie worked as a recruiter at Aerotek and Amazon. These previous roles helped her cultivate a well-rounded view of recruitment and become accustomed to fast-paced work environments where she learned to stay organized and efficiently engage with peers/hiring managers.
Jessie was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where she lives with her family. She enjoys hiking with her boyfriend and dog, baking, and spending the rest of her free time surrounded by friends and family.
