Olivia Washington is the Cross-Selling Program Manager at Hub Recruiting, the RPO division of the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC. She holds an MS in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a BS in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Leadership, both earned from Penn State University.
Prior to joining Hub, Olivia gained valuable recruiting experience as a Human Resources Representative at Frito-Lay. Later, she joined a boutique executive search agency specializing in diverse hiring for startups and tech leadership roles, demonstrating her commitment to promoting inclusivity in the workplace.
Before her professional career, Olivia served in the US Marine Corps for five years, initially as a Personnel Administration Specialist. Her exceptional performance led to special duty assignment as a Guard at multiple US Embassies.
Outside of work, Olivia Washington leads an active lifestyle. She participates in social sports leagues, enjoys water activities like scuba diving, and finds relaxation through cooking and mindfulness practices such as yoga and martial arts.
